range delivered with cosmetic damage. I accepted range when they gave me a small discount. 1st week of use stove not heating to proper temperature. Got an appointment for 2 weeks later. they called day before to verify appointment. 1.5 hours into appointment window, they called to say they couldn't come and had to reschedule. I said I'd taken off work and can't take more time off. They said they were sorry. I told them if I did what they did at work I would be fired. Stove still not fixed.
