Laptop performs pretty good so far. I'm not a big fan of Windows 10, prefer Windows 7, but could not afford that laptop. Windows 10 takes some getting used to, and seems to run a little slower. Found that disabling the live tiles and other unnecessary notifications helps alot. Overall, a very nice product.

I bought this for my husband because he is disabled and has mobility issues which make it difficult for him to walk into the den where the desktop computer is located. It's our first touchscreen and is perfect for him. Easy to use and has everything he needs to search his favorite websites and read the newspaper online.

This is a brand new computer, I bought it to replace my old laptop. When I opened it and started it up it was slow. Thought it was just because it was new and updating or something. I left it alone for a while because I did not need to use it yet because so far my classes have been all in class with no assignments or in any need for technology. Well, I started to use it finally to get it set up for my next semester. It was still slow, dial up slow. Even typing in it took forever. I factory reset, that did not work and then I removed good 90% of the apps that were on it.
