Customers regard the touch screen, price, and user-friendly nature of the laptop positively. They appreciate its light weight and powerful performance. However, some customers have concerns about the loud fan and short battery life.
Overall it is a really great product. The touch screen works nicely, although wished it came with a cleaning clothe but it's a good thing I had spares. The USB and HDMI locations almost didn't work for me. The HDMI is on the right side with a mini adapter thing, while both of the USB are on the left. One of them is so close to the charger that when I used it I was afraid that one of the cords would ruin the other. The reason this is a problem for me is because I use a 15.6 artist pro drawing tablet. It requires both the HDMI and the USB to be hooked in to use the tablet. The USB cable barely fits on the other side. I'll have to share a photo. But other than the hardware's weird placement on the HDMI and the USB, it's great the software handles all my art programs and digital animations beautifully. As a online gamer it handles high downloads if you like to play any mmorpgs. With space to handle your day to day work. Best upgrade in the past 5 years that's for sure.

Big investment for me around $700 with protection plan Things I like: Key board Camera good for online classes Mic quality is good Battery charges quickly Things I don’t like: Had to purchase virus protection (not included in original purchase price) Battery dies rather quickly
