Product Manuals
A: Got the same problem. On my second identical laptop still having same issues with two USB ports being used at the same time. When I use my second USB port my first USB port shuts off or stops working. When I use my wireless mouse and keyboard and turn on the second USB port my mouse and keyboard stopped working. I use a Logitech mk350 wireless mouse and keyboard and it works fine on my other laptop. I'm going to try a slightly newer version of Logitech keyboard and see what happens. Otherwise, bye-bye HP!!!

A: I just got this computer. Out of the box, I checked the available storage capacity and it said I had 203GB available.

A: I had the same issue but played with it. You have to login into the email account you used during setup and follow the link. After there press back on the service page and select not now and it show move forward. Hope this helps,

A: You can use while charging. Though personally I wouldn’t recommend it, the battery will burn out and not hold a charge after prolonged use while plugged in.
