Large enough with everything that I need. Power and space

Love the computer; would’ve loved the better graphics but was way too expensive. This computer is great I just wish it was height adjustable.

The computer sound didn’t work. I was on phone for 2 hours with tech support and they couldn't solve the issue. Then I called customer service to return item to get a new one. They set it up and issued a call tag for it to be picked up and my replacement was to be picked up at the store. The return item was received by Best buy but ny replacement never came. They said it was on authorized hold and no one could seem to get it released. I was told it would be released and promised a email with 24 hours. That email never came. Finally I said just give me a refund. They said I eould get a email to confirm. Still waiting for that email. I am very disappointed with this type of service. I always had great experiences with best buy but this is unacceptable. I hope something will be done soon to resolve this issue.
