Quality4 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Pros mentioned:Print qualityI’m not sure if it’s the printer or the ink cartridges but they’re running out so fast I just purchased 4 Two Of Each And They’re Already Out And I Just Printed A few Copies Of Photos And My Grocery List Of What Ordered On Line And On This I Used The Black, Before My Other Printer Gave Out it Never Finished The Ink CartridgeThat Fast I Was Told This Was A Better More Expensive Printer But The Ink Finishes Fast And I Can’t Afford To Be Buying Ink Cartridges 2 to 3 Times. A Month I’m Not Working And I Have No Vehicle To Go Inside The Store, And By Mail I Have Noway To Get To The Post Office Or Shipping Charges. I Love Best Buy I Have Bought So Many Items.I’m sending some photos so can see how many cartridges I’ve bought and the printer.Thanks Happy New Year To You All

Quality3 out of 5Value3 out of 5Ease of Use3 out of 5have not had alot of luck with this printer. When first downloaded it worked good. After printing for a little on it. It send messages of being offline and now I am not able to print with it and cannot reload it again. I have spent extra money with a technician to try and get it to work and they could not get it loaded. Now they are in the process of downloading Window 10 on my computer to see if that will work. Will probably not purchase alot form Best Buy.

|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendBest Buy was one of the very few places to find the ink cartridges for my new HP printer. They kept me up to date online about a very short delay in delivery of these hard to find ink cartridges. I feel secure that Best Buy will be helpful with future supplies.
