DF730
Posted .This Photo frame has a really good picture, but the instructions are minimal at best. They neglect to tell you that you must format a memory card in your camera so the pictures will work. They also tell you that you can use a USB Flash drive. They never mention how you need to format the flash drive. I tried Fat 16 and 32, and several Mac formats. None of these work. HP's website doesn't mention this model at all. The remote works on occasion.

Nice Quality\Great Technology
Posted .Christmas gift for wife. As a techie it wasnt hard to figure it out but I think a non-technical person might struggle with this. Otherwise the quality and features are great!

2 for 2
Posted .I bought this only to find out after a few pictures that whole thing froze up. I forwarded it a frame and it ran again... briefly. Then froze again. I returned the frame the next day and traded it for another, the exact same model. I even used a different flash drive and the new unit did the same thing... locked up. I don't know if it was a bad batch but I went back the following day and returned the unit for a refund (gift card). I still want a digital picture frame so I will try another brand.
