Customers highly value the EliteBook 12.5" Refurbished Laptop for its reliable performance and durability. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the quality of the power adapter included with the laptop.
When I received it the charging cable didn't work and I had to bring it to Best buy where they told me that since I bought it from a third party on the best buy website they couldn't help me they did get me a charger though. Also the light on the top of the screen was broken and would not open or shut off. Be careful when you order refurbished you could get lucky or have a pain to deal with.

Didn't work at all, wouldn't power on. Returned to the store and went elsewhere for a computer
