Customers love the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished ENVY laptop for its powerful performance and large storage capacity. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the touchpad's responsiveness.
This lap top had a few bugs out of the box. First the touch screen was slow to react, second there was this grinding noise coming from under the mouse. After charging it over night, all the problems left. We have had it for a month and there has been no problems at all. The laptop is used for 5 to 6 hours daily. I would buy this laptop again.
