The laptop is good. It plays all games I like with no problems. However I have to take away a star (or at least half of one) because of the power brick. It gets hot. So much so I'm looking into getting a higher wattage power brick. It's 200w. Maybe the 230w would be fine but I'm thinking going bigger. Just don't want my house to burn down. As for Best Buy I have to take away another star. The description says the graphics card is a 2070. It's a 2070 max-q. I can blame myself for not looking into the info from HP themselves but I feel Best Buy should have listed this since it is the reason I bought the laptop to begin with. Other then that I can't fault anything. Quality: needs a bigger power brick. Value: Not a 2070 as listed by best buy. Ease of use: works as expected.

I bought this laptop for Flight Simulator 2020. It's perfect! 8GB graphics make this laptop perfect for the sim. It's very well built and does not feel cheap. It does tend to get hot so definitely get a laptop cooling pad if you game for hours at a time. It can be extended to 32GB of Ram easily and you can also add another 2.5 SSD.

It's been a pretty good machine for the last year. Now the speakers are getting static though.
