Awesome PC but it had a sleep mode issue where it wouldn’t wake up. A LOT of other users had this issue and I found dozens of reddit posts regarding it. Aside from that issue (which took intel didn’t even know how to fix it for a while) the pc is awesome.

Great pc runs games even at highest graphical settings and has app to regulate fan speeds and watch temps.

Great gaming setup. Make sure you use the cords and display with the correct specs to get the best picture and refresh rate. They matter! We use hdmi 2.0 and display port 1.2 cords and the picture looks great. The monitor used is the curved Dell with the display port 1.2 and hdmi 2.0. The display / monitor/ tv refresh rate it’s ports specs and the cords need to match that to get higher refresh rates. My teen loves it.

I’m pleased with the Omen tower for the most part. My only issue is the problem with the integrated windows 11. For some reason or another, when the omen goes into sleep mode, it will NOT wake up or turn off via power button. You have to unplug it and re-plug it in to restart it. I stopped having this issue when I turned off sleep mode and reverted my system back to windows 10. Although I’m sure there are more efficient alternatives to fixing this, I haven’t explored them yet. The graphics card works smoothly for any demanding game I play, such as call of duty war-zone and vanguard, even with me setting all the graphics settings to ultra to test its performance. There is, however, an issue with the GPU and CPU reaching high sustained temperatures at an average of 170 degrees Fahrenheit. My understanding is the factory cooling fan isn’t sufficient enough and needs to be replaced with liquid cooling fans. Other than that, The RGB lighting and customization is wicked cool and offers a wide range of possible lighting configurations. This is my first PC so take what I say with two handfuls of salt, but any insight helps I guess. Lastly, I have nothing bad to say about the omen mouse. I have large hands and if fits and feels natural while using to browse or play, and my wife’s hands are half the size of mine and she also likes using the mouse. The side keys are well placed and shaped for smooth gameplay and the DPI configuration options offer up to 8 customizable levels which are color coded and can be activated by any button you assign it to, with a max DPI at 16k, also with customizable RGB lighting. In conclusion, either one of these products are great for beginners like myself in my opinion, and the silver lining about the issues I’ve experienced have helped me learn more about the internal components and troubleshooting with the PC!

I have had this desktop for over a year now, I bought it open box and I absolutely love it! It has been a beast with all the gaming and streaming I have put it through. It's still crazy fast at start up, doesn't seem to gather dust too awful quick. Overall, I am very happy with this computer! Please don't judge my cable management in the pic. I am limited on space for where it can sit LOL!
