I've had this laptop for about two weeks. It was advertised as Windows 10 - beware - it does not, OR if it comes with it, the system upgrades immediately to Windows 11 upon turning it on and beginning the new laptop set up process. I can assure you that I did not agree to the upgrade while setting up. When I shopped, I wanted a W10 unit specifically, so this looked like the best deal I could afford. I may have found a better deal searching on W11 units. All of that said (my major gripe), I am happy with this product. Albeit the battery life is not the best, it is not problematic for me either. I use this unit at home for personal stuff, so it's not a deal breaker. It is fast, great visual display, love the keyboard with number pad, love the touch screen, love the size and weight. Overall, good purchase that will hopefully last as long as my Lenovo Yoga 2-1 (9 yrs.) - it was time to upgrade!

Quickest loading time I've ever experienced and I have a competitor laptop with same processor for another household member. If you have poor vision or are used to the dark colored laptops/keyboards this will take some time to adjust to because in low light it isn't as easy to read the keyboard keys with light colored keys and print on them. My 70 year old father wasn't sure about having a touch screen and no mouse but he has taken to both easily. He finds it convenient when there would be a lot of clicking to use the screen or if his hands are fatigued. He said the mouse pads have really inproved as you can actually feel a click when you press after sliding your finger around to navigate. Overall, great purchase and would highly recommend.

Great laptop! I purchased this laptop for my college needs and it has not given me any issues! Runs super fast and has plenty of storage. Camera quality is very good. Battery life lasts long as well. Would definitely recommend this laptop to a fellow college student!
