Great laptop for the price. Excellent display, speed and very quiet. If you have vision problems, the letters on the keys are large making typing easier. This laptop takes much more memory (RAM) than what the previous comment mentioned. I installed 32 Gigabytes in mine- See attached snippet.

The laptop is never slow to load, amazing graphics, easy to move things around by the touch screen and has so much storage. I love the white color because it was easy to just add stickers to customize. Definitely recommend to people in college or for everday use.

Have been using this since 2020. Fast booting, crystal clear display on a glossy screen, no issues with the operating system until now. Everything about this laptop is good but as with any other HP laptop that I used before, this one too, started to show battery issues after a couple of years of use. I used it mostly for my online studies and later on, for the remote job. The battery does not support it anymore. So, direct power supply is required all the time now.
