Lots of great features however needed my computer Tech to make it work and still having issues. Emails haven't worked properly since I got this TV but at least I can do soon meetings easily.

This computer was purchased for storing and editing pictures so I was extremely disappointed to see the second we plugged it in there is a tiny black dot, almost in the center of the screen, that never goes away (I assume it is a dead pixel)! While not terribly noticeable my eye still goes right to it, especially when looking at pictures for any corrections. I’m not thrilled with such a costly item having a blatant defect but we purchased it right before the COVID-19 quarantine and returning it will be too difficult I imagine now. Not planning on wasting money on a new HP again though in the future.
