The screen is simply too bright AND reflective too! Why at any price would a monitor have a high gloss screen? How is this a good thing? The monitor does not come w/ the cables needed to hook it up to your CPU so factor that in as an added expense. The only plus is it`s size and perhaps a decent base. The first unit sent to me did not work at all so I tossed it right out. It too was super bright for 2 minutes then went dark like a cheap light bulb. No amount to playing w/ it would make it come back to life . The second unit is just okay.....not at al up to standard. I have little faith in this unit as the speakers are not working as well. It would be an okay monitor at less than half the price. Really sad to see a quality slip w/ my beloved HP. Been a loyal customer for 25 years but this might make me switch to another manufacture.

Never again will I squint. The monitor is practical and functional. I watch a lot of sports; I see the golfball take flight and before it lands. This is an exceptional viewing experience.
