Very nice looking laptop, ordered online without seeing first. The screen is not the best, but that wasn't a big concern of mine as I am not a gamer. My touchpad was faulty and froze frequently. Good laptop, but I ended up returning

No matter what they tell you it is NOT the touch-screen model. I asked prior to buying and they assured me it was touch-screen. Otherwise, great laptop for the price! I am going to shop for touch-screen models to compare the cost difference.

This laptop is not touchscreen capable as the ad states. It does not have the screen hardware for touchscreen capability so do not waste your time with tech support or downloading display drivers. The laptop is great nonetheless and works well.
