The PC comes with keyboard, mouse & power cord. It was easy to connect and activate windows. The instructions came in the box and makes everything easier. However, I was not able to download the Internet Security Software or any other programs. Geek Squad was unable to help and suggested I take the computer to the store. I understand refurbished (you get what you pay for) but I wasn't expecting to have technical issues the day I received the computer. Will update once I take in the store for service.

i bought this desktop so i could use my dragon voice system and my laptop did not have enough space or speed. a new laptop would have been a lot more money to have this speed and storage. this is great and you would not know it is not new.
