purchased this item for my business as a sales center. product was delivered 5 weeks ago in non-working condition. I have left daily voicemail's for the fulfillment company (Plan-IT-ROI) without response. brought into store and was told that best buy retail and best buy online are different companies when handling refurbished products... im still waiting for resolution.
