This is well worth it if you use it as it does take time to work. Also the price has dropped on the pro and I have used both and the pro is nice as you can adjust zone for more time. It also has pre set recovery such as knees or wrists and it adjusts time and pressure in those areas.

If you need some compression boots then this is what you need. This is different than massage because it uses compression to the different body parts. It is expensive so make sure you really need this and will use it. You have to read instruction to make sure you know the different modes and speeds. This product is not for everybody but if you want something that massages you then you don’t need this. If you want compression then look into this product but be ready to spend a good amount. These are not cheap
