I trust B.B. with all of my electronics, it’s just sad to see my trust in them die away because of this product. This computer was great for the first two months, then all of a sudden it doesn’t want to turn on anymore. It turns on for a split second and then turns off. I take care of all of my electronics and it’s just sad to see something like this happen. I understand that these computers are all custom made but clearly they messed up in creating this one. As an elite member I am very disappointed.

Very fast delivery. I wish it came with a bit more instructions. I have a remote to control the case led lights and it doesn't seem to work. Also it was a little confusing because they sent me install disks for my motherboard and graphics card but I have no optical drive so I thought I got screw but I guess they were already installed. I'm new to the pc gaming world so I was bout to have some hiccups. But overall so far so good.
