First time I got this I had to send it back due to it not having all the correct parts. Not only was it missing the ssd, but the hdd was also not in there. Exchanged it for the same model that thankfully had the correct parts only for it to not want to connect to my monitor even after getting an hdmi adapter. I have to plug it in multiple times for it to connect after a reset, and when I finally got a game or two installed, I come to find out that I can't even play on medium graphics, and even with settings all on low in my favorite games there's still input delays and drops in frame-rate. The keyboard and mouse that came along with the computer itself are also poor and frustrating to use with already delayed inputs. This model also doesn't have built in wifi adapter and can only connect via a usb adapter or ethernet cable. I was excited, for this was to be my first gaming pc that wasn't a hand-me-down system from someone I know only to see that I can't play my favorite mmo with decent performance. I'm rather disappointed now and paranoid about buying any other gaming pc's in my price range.

Got back from out of town, unboxed it, put it all together and it doesnt even send a signal to the monitor. I've tried different HDMI cords and displays/monitors. No luck. "No Signal" I've tried to get a hold of tech support via live chat. I was in the queue then kicked out before being told "live chat is closed now!" I have tried calling and lost phone signal, so my calls are dropping and I tried to email. It's been over 24 hours without any sort of response. I am feeling very frustrated. I was looking forward to this investment but now I am contemplating slapping it back in the box and requesting a refund. PS. You will have to buy a HDMI splitter if you want to run more than one monitor from this PC. There's only one port. The ability to change the LED color via remote is really cool. I'll edit this review if someone reaches out to me from tech support.

For this to be a gaming computer, does not come with CD/DVD drive. There is no internal disk drive to play your games nor music. So, how can you call this a gaming p.c.?? You have to buy a separate freestanding hard disk that connects with a cable to a USB port or FireWire port on the system unit or communicates wirelessly that is recommended for the machine you are using. This computer is way better than the one I replaced, but somewhat pricey in itself, especially w/out a disk drive.
