Customers highly value the exceptional performance and impressive graphics capabilities of this gaming desktop. The fast SSD and relatively quiet operation are also frequently praised, along with the ease of setup and reasonable price. While some users noted concerns about the power supply and cooling system, the overall experience appears positive for most buyers.
It's a decent build in regards to price for parts if you can get it while on sale, though I was slightly annoyed with the cable management out of the box (Not that big of a deal, but I can be a little OCD at times). The power supply is non-modular, so all the extra wires get crammed into the space right behind it. The Keyboard and Mouse feel cheaply made, but that's somewhat expected. The case is pretty solid with a sleek design, and has the front fan plus 2 rear fans sandwiching the radiator for the cpu liquid cooler. The dust screens are cheaply made, and don't cover the entire front opening; However they are more or less completely hidden from view, so they won't stick out like a sore thumb. The RGBs are nice, but there is no documentation in the box on where to adjust or change them. So if you plan to do a clean install of windows like I did, I recommend going through the initial setup long enough to find those programs and make note of them for later. You can also just search for the programs later with the PC model number if you prefer. I can't complain about performance with an i7-8700K and GTX 2080, and even though it came with Adata RAM, it's still 16GB of functioning RAM. It came packaged fairly secure, and even had expanded foam inside the case to support the larger components. All in all, it's not a bad deal if you can find a good sale.

I purchased this pc last month. It arrived as scheduled and I was very happy that there was no damage and it was in excellent condition. It only took me a few minutes to hook up the peripherals and Boot it up. I was simply blown away as to how easy it was to set up. I had no problems or glitches. This computer is fast and furious. I also purchased an HD ASUS 144hz gaming monitor to hook up to this beast and The graphics are stunning and smooth. The entire process went flawlessly and I was up and gaming in 20 minutes. Kudos to ibuypower for a job well done. When it comes to putting a computer together your hands down in a league of your own. Great Job!. I’m one very pleased and satisfied customer.

I'm a professional designer and spend most of my day in processor & GPU intensive programs like Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign & Premiere Pro. I recently switched from Mac to Windows and have a high end laptop, but it struggled on big projects. I knew I had to get a desktop but didn't want to spend a ton. We were at the local Best Buy, and I saw this machine and thought it offered a lot for the price, so I came home and started doing research. I knew the CPU wasn't the latest version, but after looking up performance differences, I felt the money I was saving would more than make up for the slight performance difference. I was also a little worried because each machine seems to come with different components, but I decided to take a gamble and buy it. Well, it turns out, that was nothing to worry about. All the machines are configured with the same level components, meaning you may get a different brand video card or memory brand, but the specs are the same, meaning you get 16GB of ram and a RTX 2080 video card. Knowing I needed a lot of memory and fast disk access, I purchased 32GB of 2666MHz RAM and a Samsung M.2 NVMe 1TB SSD. Installing the memory was a snap. The SSD required taking out the video card, plus I had to provide my own Phillips screw. I like to "start fresh," so after doing the initial setup, I downloaded the Windows Media Creation and did a fresh install. All the components got detected right away. Some of the drivers weren't the most current version, so I downloaded the latest from from the motherboard's website, Nvidia and intel. Overall I love this machine. It's blazing fast. Even the standard hard drive it comes with is super fast. I'm running it at stock speeds, but there is an option to overclock it via a software download on the motherboard's website. The only real downside is with WiFi speeds. I'm on a very fast connection and my Mac & the laptop get maxed out speeds, but on this system, things are 15-20% slower. I tried all sorts of settings & drivers with the network card, but nothing changed, so I ended up hard wiring, and now it too maxes out. Ideally, hardwired is usually better than WiFi anyway, so I'm all good, plus, it'll be great if I start playing games. The computer is also super quiet, and the fans barely spin up except when I'm doing heavy processing. I also like the "clean" setup, meaning there's no junk on it, just basic Windows. You can customize it a bit with motherboard drivers if you want, but other than that, it's stock Windows. Overall I love this machine. I was a little nervous at first, but I'm super happy and satisfied with my purchase.
