No keyboard, no mouse, no power cords no accessories. Just the unit. Went back into the store and was told I need to work with ibuypower to get it resolved, but the store manager or the Led he was helpful and provide me a Keyboard and mouse , but still both was not working, same brand ibuypower also the Wi-Fi is not the great we had issue with that too, had to but separate one anyway it's a decent PC for the price at this time where you cant find GPU card still working fine no issue so far after all . the only reason that I give it 3 star just because best buy stor was helpful

Mine arrived today. No cords - no acessories. Just the unit, fine. I open it up to discover that the case is pretty banged up and had sharpie on it to try to hid the blemishes (fine i thought since its referbished). But once i opened it fully up i noticed that its not only refurbished, but super SUER used. the three intake fans and the vents on the outside have visible dust on them. the CPU fan also has dust on it. The gpu looked like it was going to fall out or break. No brace or foam to protect it. I'm going to be returning this to best buy tomorrow. Super disappoint

wifi card bad, no mouse or keyboard or power cord. Ram sucks, once wifi/ram upgraded it will be good
