Once my delivery arrived very late, I received a computer with a faulty GPU. There was a dent in the backplate of the GPU so I assume that had something to do with it. A sticker on the back of the computer claims that it was assembled using tested parts but the completed unit wasn’t tested. Maybe they need to test the completed units before shipping them out to avoid this scenario.

5 stars for in store customer service - 0 stars for the PC. PC arrived with a DOA graphics card. Components are supposedly tested individually - but not as a system. Only solution IBUYPOWER offered was for me to either return it to Best Buy for a refund or give them $1700 for a new modem and the. Wait for a refund once they got it back and tested it. Pretty ridiculous for a $2500 machine to arrive dead - but Best Buy folks (in-store) we’re great and promptly refunded my money. I have ordered another PC - so we’ll see how it goes…

Overall the computer looks nice. I got one. 2 weeks later the SSD crashed and broke. I returned it and got another one and that one took a crap in 2 weeks. Something with the gpu. But I would not recommend this at all or any ibuypower pc products
