Amazing pc, worth the upgrade. There was a little bit of misunderstanding because it should’ve come with two hard drives, and it only came with one, but the guys at Best Buy help me out and resolved that issue fast, everything was perfect after.

I purchased this PC with the understanding that it would have WIFI and bluetooth. That was not the case. Im no where close to an ethernet cord either so in order to get the pc running you HAVE to connect to the internet to finish setup. It required me to purchase additional equipment and get a new lication for my router just to get the PC turned on. Its fast, dont get me wrong.. but i would definitely have bought something different if i could go back in time.

I ordered this PC early in December and got it in January. I was super excited about this PC because of the amazing specs fpr the price point. To say the least this PC was piece of junk right out the box the the RAM sticks were broken along with the motherboard. Sucks to pay over $3,000 for non functional parts. Expected more from IBUYPower. Went with CLX instead.
