Bought this as a second choice and was very pleasantly surprised. This is a solid manufacturer of high performance gaming computers. If you are looking to save time with a prebuilt pc, go with Ibuypower.

See below from customer support at I buy power A refund would not be possible unfortunately - the system is well over a year old. Keep in mind that the unit you have works with Windows 10 just fine. However, when Microsoft rolled out it's new 1709 version, certain motherboards weren't compatible with it. Your system was advertised to run Windows 10 at the time and it did. However, as with most technology, there's no guarantee in future proof and your motherboard just fell out of date the moment Microsoft decided to roll out a new version. I apologize about the issue but there's nothing iBUYPOWER, Microsoft, nor MSI can do for your situation. All the best,
