Purchased this PC about a month ago and the first one that arrived was dead on arrival. I did see that the system is built with tested components but the finished system is not tested. Not a huge deal to perform an exchange but was a little disappointed about the delay. With that being said I will say that this system is pretty impressive given the current situation with the chip shortage going on. Any game that I have played I can have at max settings, RTX on, and get 165 fps to match my Dell Gaming Monitor. I have also done a few upgrades to this system as well. A 1TB Gen4 NVME SSD and 16 more gigs or RAM. Which that isn't needed but I wanted it. I do have the factory SSD and an extra Gen3 SSD installed and setup in RAID 0 and the load times are nonexistent with that SSD storage. My unit came with the same Asrock motherboard I've seen other reviewers mentioned, and an Aorus Xtreme 3080. The graphics card stays cool which is impressive since the case, while pretty, doesn't have great airflow. So why 4 stars? Here's my reasoning for that. The HDD that is installed for bulk storage is not functioning, I haven't troubleshooted this much aside from checking SATA and SATA power but I haven't spent anytime since day one. The other issue, which is more pressing is that one of the AIO fans is not working, and feeling the exhaust from the top of the case it's pretty warm. I don't have a spare fan lying around so for now it will have to do. So to summarize, this system is quite good and very powerful. However, if it doesn't come ready out of the box, troubleshooting this is beyond the skillset of the average person. Being an IT professional it's not hard work for me, but not work I want to do spending a large sum of money on this PC. I would still recommend it though.

I got a fantastic prebuilt with a slight amount of disappointment. Let's get that out of the way first! The images and description on bestbuy showed that the 240mm AIO would be mounted on the top and have its own fans. However, it showed up with the AIO attached to the front in push configuration. This blows hot air into the case which isn't the worst thing in the world, but should definitely not be your first choice configuration. Especially rough here since there's only one exhaust fan. I wish they could've just included 2 more fans and top mounted it. I'll do it myself once I get some fans in the mail. Another thing is that there was a sticker over the backplate telling me to not use the video outputs there (because it's an f series CPU) and when I tore it off it left a ton of gross gooey residue... The good stuff! Amazing 11th gen i7 processor with an overclockable motherboard that I can upgrade with a gen4 ssd someday. Cool rgb fans, ram, and AIO that are easy to configure. Super powerful Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 3080 (swapped with a msi 3060 in this picture, just testing things out) and a pretty classy looking case with lots of room for future upgrades. Definitely the pros outweigh the cons and I would happily buy another iBUYPOWER computer in the future.

Bought this for the rtx3080 experience and I am not disappointed. My last card was a GTX 1070 so the jump here was an amazing experience. Wish it had more USB ports, but no other complaints. Usually a minimalist, but the RGB AIO, fans and RAM look slick.
