Preparing your car
We'll go through a pre-installation checklist, then remove your old receiver, along with any dashboard panels, to create an opening for the new receiver.
If necessary, we'll connect a wiring harness (sold separately) to your factory wiring, which allows the new receiver to be installed and the old one to be reinstalled if you ever sell the vehicle.
Factory-installed look and functionality
We'll reinstall surrounding dash panels, along with any required dashboard kits (sold separately) for a natural-looking fit. Any antenna adapters (sold separately) will also be installed and connected.
To finish, we'll perform a post-installation checklist, vacuum the work area and show you how the navigation or video functionality works.
How to redeem and schedule your installation:
After ordering, you'll get a redemption e-mail containing a key code that validates your order. Find your nearest installation center and call to schedule an appointment.
What to bring to your installation appointment:
Bring a printout of your redemption e-mail, the receiver you want installed, and any other parts you may have purchased for the installation.
*Standard installation does not include vehicle-specific parts or accessories.
For in-dash navigation or video installation, the cost of parts will vary. Such parts and any additional parts or extensive labor are extra.
Your Geek Squad Autotech will provide an estimate prior to performing work that requires an additional charge (including non-standard installation) and any additional parts. Any additional charges will be assessed after the installation is complete.
A:Answeryes there would be a couple different labors for what you are wanting installed. The in dash nav unit would be 99.99 plus any parts (dash kit ,harness, antenna adapter), the back up cam would be 129.99, dash cam is 49.99 and the police scanner would be between 49.99 and 99.99 depending on what all needs to be done for the install.
A:AnswerWe had one installed in a dodge 200 with steering wheel controls - the extra cost is in some labor and the wiring harness - the best way to do it is pick out the radio, tell them what functions you want to retain and get a quote- I did pay 25 extra dollar after the install for the usb Extension because I wanted it in a location that was hard to get to

A:Answeryes of course we can install decks bought from another retailer. Typically we use only our dash kits and harness for the install so we can warranty the install. Then only thing we can't warranty is the stereo since it was not purchased from us
A:AnswerHey Brian. Thanks for your question! More than likely, we'll need to swap out the radio from the dash with a Carplay ready stereo. We'll need a couple parts such as the dash kit, tilt switch, etc. As far as the install, some radios will come with included installation but otherwise it'll likely be $99 for the whole install. I'd recommend speaking to one of our Autotech specialists who can ensure we have everything we need and can make recommendations for a stereo.
