Get your device up and running

We'll turn your device on, perform any first-time setup and make sure all major internal hardware components are working properly.

Set up user and e-mail accounts

If requested, we can set up a new account or help you log in to your existing account. We can also configure up to 3 e-mail accounts for your device's included e-mail app or Web browser.

Install software

An Agent will install any system updates or other critical updates. We can also install and set up security software (sold separately) and up to 2 additional applications.

Streamline your Startup

We'll give you quick access to your favorite programs, and set up your system to automatically install future updates.

Remove unwanted software

We'll get rid of unwanted programs and shortcuts that came pre-installed on your device, and clean up your Desktop, Start menu and Quick Launch toolbar.

    It was supposed to be set up in store I went to use it today and they could not find my account. Told me to call head office. So I got no help from them today.

    Setup was good. Everything we needed was installed. Geek member at counter at pickup was not very knowledgeable . She had a few difficulties with my questions. Annoying process to set up pick up time.

    I was very fortunate that they weren’t really busy during my installation appointment time. Instead of dropping the laptop off and then picking it up later, I was able to watch while Eric installed the software. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.
