I wanted laptop protection without having a full satchel or briefcase. The Incase is perfect for its size, and that it is large enough, or flexible enough, to allow me to carry the cord, and some accessory cables, along with my reading glasses' case. Yet it is compact enough to fit into my luggage. The padding assures me of adequate protection with simple care of my laptop.

Great item to travel with. Packs easy into the backpack with the laptop inside and cushions any light falls it may take. Keeps the profile thin and does not take up too much room which is what I was looking for! Neoprene is also lightly water resistant which is a plus when sweating at the gym and your clothes get damp or you splash a bit of the water bottle in your bag.
