So I go to best buy with the intent of buying a new charge cable for my phone, thinking I will be in and out in no time at all. As I walk to look for said item, a gentleman by the name of Kevin asks me if I need any assistance finding my item. I tell him no thank you, but I do have a question about television mounts as well, and he says that I asked the right person, as he works in the department. Kevin offered me nothing but professional, attentive, informative help, and displayed above and beyond customer service that is so often lacking in retail stores. He personally helped me look all over the store for an option to the challenge I was experiencing with my wall mount set-up at home, problem solving with me and showing a distinct dedication to the craft that is true customer service. He is an example of the reason I have stayed a loyal Best Buy customer for years, and will continue to do so. Give this guy a raise, the sales he is bringing to your company will be more than worth it. Best buy store off Chapman Ave just next to the Block at orange.
