Q: QuestionWhere can I buy more of the wire shelves?

- A:Answer I called Insignia and they don't sell separate wire shelves. But after buying the unit, I see that they're not really needed. The idea is to space out the wire shelves so the cans can stand upright. So (18) cans x (3) shelves, plus (12) cans on the bottom means you can have 66 cans on one side of the unit, standing upright with only the three wire shelves. You could fit more if you lay them down, but I like them standing and 66 is plenty for me.

- A:Answer We have had the Insignia for about a month & there is NO noise, seriously mean no noise. Light color is white.

Q: QuestionCan't get this to work without it starting to beep. Anyone have advice as to how to work this without it beeping after 5 minutes.

- A:Answer It seems as this is a more common issue recently as my first one had the same problem with one of the actuators was snapped off. Called BestBuy and get a new one sent which arrived today. The new has both snapped off. I now need to call and decide if I want to risk a 3rd one or just return and go with a new supplier.

Q: QuestionDoes it have all wood shelves? or a mix of wood and metal? In some of the pictures it has a mix, and in some they're all wood for wine bottles....

Q: QuestionHow wide does the cabinet opening need to be in order to allow the doors to open freely?

- A:Answer As long as your width is 24" the doors will open. You can slide it forwards a bit to open fully. I have mine built into a cabinet.
