Contrary to the overwhelming level of positivity for this cable, for me, it turned out pretty bad. Now, I use this cable with a laptop and external monitor, so the cable is between them where there can be a lot of heat and interference. If you were using this for a TV or behind a monitor in a desktop situation I don't think this will apply. But if you have a similar setup, this might help.
The lack of shielding and ferrite cores left the cable constantly losing the red channel to interference from the laptop and monitor. And that gets extremely annoying when you're an artist and rely on the VGA cable to do color sensitive work. And what's more, when I use f.lux and the monitor goes cyan, it hurts my eyes to look at. So if you're in a similar situation, I'd recommend getting a different cable, because this one won't cut it.
