The product is great, as pointed out by most reviewers. However, it worked in only one outlet of all the outlets I tried in EU. The length of the EU prong is not sufficient to fit in the recessed outlets in EU, and as some reviewers mention, it is not a fault of EU that their outlets are recessed but of Insignia's for not doing the research before selling the product. What is the point to have a fantastic product if it is useless? If you are buying it for European travel, think twice as the length of the 'round' outlet is not enough to fit EU outlets. I had to use a competitor's product which had long prong. I bought it as a secondary, which I never used due to this reason. For reference, the length of EU prong in this product is 3/4" and length in the adapter that worked is 1 1/2".

Good quality adapter with many options available. I definitely recommend this if you're in need of an adapter.

I bought this adapter the night before my European vacation. The directions were fairly self explanatory however the parts were sorta wonky. I bought it to charge my iPhone 6s & the darn thing wouldn't stay plugged in long enough to charge. I finally got it to stay put by propping something against it. Next day wasn't any better as I had to hand hold it to keep the charge. I wouldn't recommend this brand. If return it but I really dislike returning things. I'm not returning to Europe anytime soon so this will probly just end up in a box somewhere : /

This is the perfect travel adapter kit to take on the road, compact and easy to pack into tight spaces, the different country plugs all fit into each other while traveling, and are secured by a clear band around the middle. Once you need a plug just detach the band and select the type you need.

There is not rocket science to this product; find the plug that you need and attach it to your cable. The best feature of this item is that all the pieces attach together, forming a single unit (keeps it pretty handy in your backpack or carry-on).

It's very compact and has multiple prongs of the same type for plugs in Asia.
