Customers enjoy the ONE X 360 Degree Action Camera for its user-friendly design and excellent video quality. Many users have commented on how easy it is to use, especially with the accompanying app. Others have praised the surprisingly great video quality captured by such a small camera. However, some users have found the editing process to be a bit tricky.
This is an amazing little camera. I have had a blast traveling the country taking pictures with it. To be able to swipe left to right and see everything around you is simply amazing! I can stand in the center of an arena and take one quick picture download it to my phone and see the complete room 360 all the way around me and up and down floor to ceiling. This will be and I have seen it used for virtual tours with video like selling your house, and it works great for that. Being a passenger in a car (don’t drive and do this) you can put the camera outside the window on the selfie stick and ride down the road and when you download and look back at your video it’s like you have a good earth video of where you just went. It’s crazy but it works ! Only complaint is battery life is alright but could be better. And the buttons on the front can be pushed on while in the little carry case and run your battery down even faster. Overall this is a great camera !

not water proof, if you scratch the lens good luck... I contacted insta 360 2 days ago and still no response. very poor customer service experience from them. Camera records well but there is a difference in the white balance from one lens to the other so you will get a ray of light in the recording that separates the stitching of the video. The claim to fame of making the selfie stick disappear is all true, that part is amazing but is it worth that the camera is not water proof and that if you scratch the lens tech support from insta 360 does not respond? If the Virb 360 made the stick disappear and improved their stitching it would be a better choice since you can fix the lenses yourself and it is fully water proof.

I used this for my film shooting during El Capitan climb this spring and it was amazing. The sticker is hidden from the frame making it perfect for the angle from above - that's the best you can ask for climbing footages. 360 camera is also the best for climbing because you don't need to be stressful finding the best position. Just throw it in the pack at the belay station and start talking! Effort free shooting! Software is stable, no freeze in 3 days climbing trips at all. I want to mention this only because my experience with GoPro cameras has been frustrating. The only down side I want to mention is the selfie sticker is not strong enough. I had a few times the sticker dropped back in and won't keep it fully extended. But I guess it's the accessory issue, not the camera.
