    Well, I Purchased the 5 Year Geek Squad Protection Plan for my Insignia RoKu 55” TV that broke after about 6 Months after I purchased the TV. The Picture just went out with lines and bars filling the Screen. When I took it to Best Buy the Rep said it was a Screen Saver and it was fine. I had to wait and convince him it was Broken and finally he agreed and seen it was not working. But they did not even run any diagnostics on it and made me take it back home. I told him I am a Retired Disabled Veteran and that to try and hook everything back up and carry it back it just crazy. Instead of just letting me Replace the TV they made me wait over 5 days for them to send an Agent to Replace the Screen. Plus, no one has called me the day before the appointment like I was told they were suppose to. I am furious. The Protection Plan is a SCAM. The customer Service is terrible.

    Impressed! The Tech arrived on time, introduced himself (in uniform) and put on the disposable paper shoes over his shoes before I let him into my home. He gave me several repair/cost scenarios during the diagnostic testing to trouble shoot my problem and after 40 minutes, solved my problem!!

    The Geek Squad delivered my TV on time and had it set up and operating in about the same time it would have taken me to uncrate it and attach the feet. I will always buy this service.

    This guys diagnosed my and told me what was wrong. They ordered the parts and when it arrived they contacted me and came to my place and installed it. They did a great job and they are friendly.
