This processor from my point of view is actually a single core processor. Since it has 2.2 GHz, this processor is just utterly horrible. Overall this processor is just horrible, you can't watch movies at a stable framerate or buffer rate. If i'd recommend, this is just for a home computer like for just watch... you can't even watch videos on youtube at a complex rate. When you are running on this processor, this processor is HIGHLY at a low end processor. It's possibly an introduction to todays "performance" due to it's introduction possibly about 2 years ago, this was a high end when intel pentium was still sold at a mid-end processor. Since windows xp has updated to windows 7, this graphics card is only recomended for windows xp nothing else but lower. If i could recall i still have this processor installed and you must upgrade this processor to intel core2 at 2.56GHz dual core if you plan to run on windows 7 at a stable rate. thank you for reading please do you research for you computers and get something with only 2 cores if you plan to run on windows 7. this processor is only an introduction to todays technology until intel-6 hex core is overdominating. Soon next year possible this processor will be the new intel pentium 4. Please do you research if you need a new computer. Wal-mart has only these closely related processors. Do not buy from wal-mart unless you are on a low budget.
