Powerful CPU
Selected this item to be the brain of our new computer. It's performance has surpassed all my expectations. Multitasking is a breeze and games run like butter! Great CPU!

I5 8600K
Awesome power for the price. Overclocked it to 5.0GHz right out of the box and it was stable. Use with a 2080 gpu, it hits some great frames while gaming.

Bought this to replace an i 7 3770k
Updated my system with a new mother board and CPU. This processor is fast! My old processor was bottlenecking when I was gaming and I wanted to get the most out of my GPU and Dell 27" 144p 144hz gsync monitor. After upgrading my system, my frame rates are not as limited now. On par with the 7 series i7 7700k. Have a corsair hydro h60 on it and it hasn't been hotter than 30c while gaming. My i7 with its stock cooler and heat sink would average 60c.
