I wish I could have gone for the 4.0 gHz but this was absolutely incredible. It is able to keep up with nearly any game (such as LoL on the lower end and Civ on the higher end) while also keeping really cool on just normal fans. No liquid cooling needed! Absolutely great.

Performs as expected, good clock sppeds, decent performance in multi threaded workloads and great for gaming.if you are doing video editing or heavy multitasking, may consider stepping up to 6800 or 6900 series or a Ryzen processorprocessor for the extra cores. Simple gaming, streaming, moderate workloads, this processor or the 6700k will fit most needs.
