After purchasing the qb product, I find that Quickbooks already charged me even more for the same product without asking. Resolving the issue I find is easier to contact the dead than a human at qb. Last year, I had severe installation issues after using for 15 years. The qb people told me that the purchased subscription was inferior and without my knowledge installed their computer edition. It took over 3 hours. This year I find a +$500 charge to my credit card the following month after qb even after denied payroll sign in several times. QB is evil and very destructive to my business after paying $384.00 at a store in Houston. Then I find a 500+ charge to my credit card. I will have to get the BBB involved to resolve my overpayment issue.

Happy with the product, not so much with the price. It seems to get more expensive every year. Turns out I got the wrong version and had to return it anyway, but I will stick with QuickBooks since it seems to be the best option.
