Gotta say purchasing this product was the most frustrating experience I've had through BBuy after being a consistent personal and business customer for many years. The GeekSquad person we spoke with clearly gave us incorrect answers re: its functionality (or lack thereof) prior to purchase. Once we purchased the 1 year subscription and completed the download, we logged in and saw right away it could not perform simple functions as we were assured it could. Eg, you cannot input a simple transaction into the Bank register - instead it can only be brought in via live links from bank and credit card accounts. Everyone makes mistakes, but we decided to purchase a much more robust QBs desktop version (we have used QBs and their payroll for 10+ years). We contacted BBuy to ask if the first subscription could be canceled and were transferred 8x to a total of 9 people (including 3x to the same department - Digital Downloads). 2.5 hours of phone time later, a rep told us it was non-refundable unless we could show a screenshot that the software would not run on our computer (which was not the problem). Another rep hung up on us the second we politely requested to speak with a supervisor at the 2 hour mark. Another literally listened to our whole explanation and clear request, before answering "so, you're calling to purchase some new software products?" as if she did't understand a word. Absolute clown show and we very well may stop being BBuy customers as a result.

It's taking a minute to figure out. The instructions are not as simple as I would have liked. But I'm slowly getting the hang of it and it's helping me stay organized.

Works well for my small business. Haven’t tried all the features but serves the purpose.
