I needed something to convert about 2000 slides to digital. They belonged to my father. Pics of our family and friends, dating back to the mid-50s. No one had viewed them in more than 30 years. The operation is simple. Load a dozen slides in the magazine, and one by one, view them and decide if they are worth saving to the scan disc, or pass to the next one. This one is a little time consuming, compared to more expensive models, but for my project, it was more than sufficient. And my family LOVED the results!

This film to sd max slide scanner is the best thing since sliced bread. So simple and easy-to-use and so very fast. I am not real tech savvy but i had no problem at all with this scanner. I had close to a thousand slides and had them transferred to my computer in a couple days.

This little slide and negative scanner is a great addition to my scanning devices. I am able to get it my slides and negs scanned quickly and with little effort on my part. It is smaller than Ithought from the pictures so it does fit better on my desk. I know I've scanned 150 to 200 slides in just a couple of hours. My only wish was that you could start the numbering where I wanted to. Found out after I added my scans to my folder and cleared the SD card that it started it counter only giving me duplicate numbers.
