I have tried connecting my iPod to 2 different updated computers and both are unable to read the iPod. Almost 300 dollars spent! For a refurbished item, totally not worth it. I should have bought a new one instead! Such a waste of money

Not a bad product for being refurbished. When I purchased the product online, I could not afford the warranty and thought I could buy it at the store. Was not the case when I picked up the item at the store. They told me since it was refurbished, I could not purchase the warranty. This will be the last refurbished product I will buy from Best Buy.

I saved about $100 by buying a refurb instead of a new iPod. My only criticism is that arrived loose in the box without any padding. It could very easily have been damaged. For $180 they should make sure that it arrives in perfect condition.
