Love this remote. I looked at it for months. It is expensive,but they are a small company. It was easy to set up, the unit works really well. I just needed it to control the SONOS zone feeding my pool speakers. The magnetic Decora mount was perfect as I had a spot available where I wanted it. What problem did it solve? I wanted on/off and volume control outside without my iPhone which overheats in the sun. This is the only product on the market which solely provides this capability. The Lutron Caseta system might work as well but I would have had to spend much more.

The issue with this is even though they say you can create a group to play it is not reliable. Otherwise the remote can only pair to 1 device. I wanted to be able to play any Sonos favorite with 1 push and it would play the whole house. It caused all kinds of dropouts of speakers and half the time wouldn't even start the Play. You can only create 1 scene that plays a group of speakers. The other big miss is there is no track back button, only forward. Big miss. Could be because my Sonos setup uses the Sonos Net instead of each speaker on wi-fi for reliability, but it worked sporadically. Also, have to push and hold a button to constantly wake it up before you could give it a command was ridiculous. For this price needs work. I returned it. I can do the same thing it does (or does not do) with my Amazon Echo system. But Amazon has same issue with not being able to start a group of speakers but only one.

Very poor design they dont connect to the wifi well and always a dead battery very quick.
