Left Ear Bud Glitch
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. The pair I bought $99 the left ear bud wouldn’t work after three months. Wouldn’t change. I contacted Jabra and after @20 emails and sending all original packaging along with receipt to them they agreed it was not working and sent me another new pair. Well guess what, this pair the left ear bud stop working as well. One day I mistakenly by happenstance put just the left earbud in the charger, it charged and now works. So now I have to charge the left ear bud first then put both of them in the charging case and then they both work. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but download the Jabra app and that’s how I knew the left ear bud wasn’t working because the app indicated it wasn’t working. I’m using original charger with the original cord because Jabra kept asking me was I using the original charging cord with the charger and I was. Pro - the sound is very clear, music sounds really good, they are comfortable and speaking through them people can hear you very clearly and you can hear them, no interruption. So they are good quality just that glitch.

Best Buy Jabra 65t purchase fulfilled expectations
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I’ve been using the Jabra - Elite 65t earbuds for several months. The initial charge provides sufficient time to complete a daily workout or 3+ hours of lawn maintenance. The recharging case works as advertised with earbud placement attention required a bit in the beginning. I was seeking an earbud to provide a low level audio barrier to that high volume noise that disrupts my daily 3 hour Fitness Center workouts. Had been intermittently checking the Best Buy app for a price drop on those upper tier Jabra earbuds to a post Black Friday price level. I stopped by the local Best Buy store, to look for a returned “open box” discount, then noticed the Jabra 65t’s on sale. Hesitant about purchasing these earbuds, a salesperson assured me that the product could be returned if it didn’t fulfill my expectations. The Jabra 65t earbuds provide easily interactive use of the Jabra audio adjustment app. These buds silence the high volume outside noise sufficiently to enable low volume listening and have further replaced my home lawn care hearing protection. It has been another favorable Best Buy experience. My daily workouts are presently enjoyed without the unnecessary high volume distraction.

Absolute HOME RUN!
||Posted .After trying the Jaybird Run, Sony MDR-1000X, unreleased Sony WF-SP700N (during CES 2018), the B&O BeoPlay E8, the Apple AirPods, and the Samsung IconX 2018, I can tell you these are the best totally wireless earbuds on the market. I work in the tech industry and have high expectations for sound quality, fit, and connection stability. These earphones seem to check all the boxes. Rich sound and bass settle comfortably into your ear without "ear wings" or hooks. Controls are intuitive and offer all the necessities including volume, seek fwd/back, and play/pause. The charging case is compact and sleek. Went on a run today in a busy city environment with lots of BT radio interference and they were flawless, though they almost slipped out once. My only complaints so far are the fit is snug but maybe not quite as secure as the Jaybird Run. Otherwise they are phenomenal. Jabra, you've earned a new fan. Will keep this review updated as I spend more time with the product.

Better than Airpods!
||Posted .I was looking to buy a pair of Bluetooth earbuds for my iPhone but was unsure of what to buy. Prices were all over the board and wouldnt even know if I would like them. A friend of mine let me borrow his airpods and although I liked them and the features, they wouldn't stay comfortably in my ear and would easily fall out of my ears. I saw these during the 2018 CES convention and was intrigued. It had all the same features as the airpods plus a little more so I pre-ordered them and received them prior to the release date. I cannot express the how happy I am with this decision. - These stay in my ears comfortably no matter what I do. - Although they aren't noise canceling, they do block out some sound with a touch of a button. This way you can make them closed (where you hear only what you're listening to) or open (where you can also listen to sound around you) - The included app has a great equalizer and has constant updates to software and firmware. - They're loud - they pair with 2 devices (but can only listen to one at a time. I cannot recommend these earbuds highly enough!

Good not Great!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed.I bought these about 7 months ago and have put them through everything from sweaty workouts to casual noise cancelling on trans-Atlantic flights. These work very well for most normal use and fit in the ear amazingly. The sound quality is very good but don’t expect premium sound since these have limitations being true wireless buds. The call quality is the only concern I have since they tend to pick up all of the background noise on calls making the experience very problematic. I recommend these for just about every activity except calls in noisy environments.

Extremely water resistant
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.I’ve had these for 2 years and they have worked very well for me. The only downside is the controls on the earbuds themselves must have pressure applied to work. The end result of that is the hard plastic gets pushed against the outer is and is discomforting. But that’s it for the grousing! :-) Otherwise they sound great, stay in my ears when exercising, and are an attractive build. Now to the meat of this review. About a month ago, I let them in my jeans pocket and threw them in the washer. After a full wash cycle in my front loader, and an extra rinse, one fell on the floor as I was emptying the washer. I found the other one still in the washer drum. I knew at that point they were trashed. But, being frugal as I am, I dried them as best I could anyway, and sealed them in a baggie with rice for a week. I then placed them in the charger plugged it in, and left them there for another week. When I finally took them out to see if they would turn on and pair with my phone, it was honestly with a full sense of futility. I couldn’t believe it when they actually powered on, paired, and sounded just as good as ever! I was amazed, and had to come back here to share this experience and say thanks to Jabra for making a quality and durable set of earbud. Kudos to the designers, engineers, and production workers, GREAT JOB! I just wish you had designed my Canon DSLR that got caught in a rain storm. :-(

The best True Wireless Earbuds
||Posted .I love this earbuds! This is the true definition of brilliant engineering. Same caliber as Bose. It comes with an app for both iOS/Android and you can set the equalizer to whatever mood you wish. The most amazing feature is the microphone. The Elite 65t has 4 microphones making your conversation with the other party seamless and very very clear. You’ll never regret it. The price is even more affordable. Will keep these earbuds till it breaks... question is how??

Best True wireless in the Market
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Like all consumer products, these Headphones have their pros and cons but in my opinion These are the best True Wireless in the market right now. They stay in your ear better than AirPods. Blocks and cancel noise in the plane better than Bose QCII. They are very light and compact. They have pass through so you can hear the outside world. Waterproof to an extent. I ran through heavy rain in New York (enough to get my demin jacket soaked) and they still work. I have been using these for 2months. Logged about 8k Miles on them traveling from East to West coasts and it just keeps getting better the more I get used to them. I primarily purchased them for hands free calling. Call quality on these are great. They pair easily and are non apple product. Decent EQ profiles on the app. CONS: it is wireless.. I can't hook it up inside the plane Multimedia Monitor. Or anything with the 3.5mm hardware option. I use my Bose QCII for that. Tactile button, I prefer not to have them. When you press the button it pushes the buds further inside my ear. Not very pleasing, but that's my personal opinion. I do like some features that BOSE have on their apps like multi pairing and the option of having to direct-plug using a minijack.

Q: QuestionCan two phones pair with the Jabra Elite 65t at the same time.
Asked by L.
- A:Answer Yes, but I had to contact support to find out how! You can connect two devices simultaneously. For example, mine are (now!) connected to my Android phone and my iPad so I can watch Netflix on the iPad, and answer a call if it comes through to my mobile. Here's how you get it to work: -Turn off bluetooth on the already connected device If the Elite Active 65t is on: 1. Press and hold the right earbud just until you see red 2. Press and hold the right earbud again just until you see blue 3. While the earbud is consistently flashing blue, go to the bluetooth menu on your new device and find the Elite Active 65t under other devices 4. Tap to pair 5. Turn bluetooth on the already connected device back on If the device is off: 1. Press and hold the button just until you see blue 2. Find the Elite Active 65t under other devices 3. Tap to pair 4. Turn bluetooth back on on the original device

Q: QuestionCan anyone confirm there is No Audio Lag/Audio Sync Issues when watching YouTube and/or playing games from an iPhone or Android phone? Can you list your specific phone and IOS/Android OS when replying. Thanks!
Asked by Tim2099.
- A:Answer I really love these headphones. They are fantastic!! Comfortable, good battery life, features are good, connection is stable, secure fit. BUT the reviews are lies. There is lag on IOS Iphone apps, such as youtube and instagram. Even with upgraded firmware. I've even tried replacing it with a new unit and the lag is still there. I've tried removing all the bluetooth devices and just adding this one, still there. I tried with restarting the phone and on another brand new iphone. Still the lag persists. This has to do something with the apps because some apps work flawless like plex, netflix, amazon video. Everything else is no good. I really recommend this for no wires, great sound, great fit. But if you watch mostly youtube, you will be upset. There is video sound sync issues with some apps. It works fine in the browser, but in the app it doesn't work. Otherwise, love these. I am keeping mine but thought I would answer for others wondering the same thing.

Q: QuestionWhen using for phone calls, do you hear out of both buds, or only one?
Asked by Chris.
- A:Answer Hi! Jeff’s answer from one year ago, I’m having the exact opposite experience, I’m having a lot of trouble with outdoor calls every single one of the people that I was talking to on the other end said that they weren’t able to hear me clearly because the background noises is very loud and very noisy. I’m actually very disappointed about this, because aside from listening to music I like to be able to have good quality phone calls indoors or outdoors. Jabras tech support told me if I wanted good quality calls I’d better get earphones with an arm

Q: QuestionI would like to use these for my workouts. Will these suffice or should i wait for the active version to be safe? Im not too interested in the other features the active provides. Just the water resistant rating.
Asked by Jchangub.
- A:Answer these are definitely able to be used for your workouts. I've played basketball with these and lifted weights. These have the best and most stable bluetooth connection i've come across. They DO NOT go in and out at all. I would definitely recommend these 1000%.

Q: Questioni am using phone and PC together, can the 65t be paired with Windows 10 as well ? i mean Android+Windows 10 pairing simultaneously mic+audio or single connection Android or WIndows by choice mic+audio thanx
Asked by AndyP.
- A:Answer With my Windows 10 laptops these earbuds will connect to both my laptop and my Google Pixel phone, but only when you select the option for "Headset" in Windows. If you choose "Headphones" instead they will not automatically switch from Windows to Android back-and-forth. And the sound with the "Headset" Playback option chosen in Windows is awful unless you're just using them to speak through a softphone. If you want to hear good quality sound including bass you must choose Headphones. And then they stop working with your mobile phone for taking calls. Not a HUGE issue but avoidable with better programming.

Q: QuestionCan you call and answer with just the left one on ?
Asked by Airpoduser.
- A:Answer According to the FAQ on the Jabra website "You can use the right earbud alone for mono playback or for calls. For volume and track controls, use your connected smartphone." The left earbud cannot be used solo.

Q: QuestionWhat would be the appropriate charger to use to charge the Jabra elite 65t?
Asked by FR.
- A:Answer Hello FR, Thank you for your question. The Jabra Elite 65t can be charged with a powered USB port on a computer, or a wall charger rated at 500mA up to 2A. We recommend not using an Apple branded charger. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our Product Support Team at 800 327 2230, option 1. We are available Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time. Thank you.
