Best fitting earbuds I've ever used!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had other wireless earbuds over the years from the likes of Samsung, Sony, and Sennheiser. While they've been good in their own ways, none have worked well when I'm out cycling or running. I was looking for a sports/active centric pair and got these Jabras and thus far they've been amazing. The fit has been the biggest issue with other earbuds as they would slip out when I got sweaty. Not these guys, they stay in place and are very comfortable to wear over the course of a 2 hour session. The physical button as opposed to touch controls you typically see is also a great feature. You get good feedback when pressed and there are no problem registering a tap when your hands get wet or wearing gloves. Noise cancelation is good but not really on-pair with higher-end, ANC specific buds, but it's good enough for most cases. The battery is also decent, I used them for 2-2.5 hour at a time and have yet to run them dry. The only shortcoming I've encountered is the design of the case. It's not a glossy finish but pretty smooth to the touch, that plus there's no edge between the top and bottom means it's not as easy to open by feel. Other buds have some sort of texture difference at the seam which these lack. I ended up having to put a little bit of tape on the top lid to remedy it.

Posted .Hello Jacko - We are very happy to note that the Jabra Elite 7 Active has exceeded your expectations for a great fit while you are cycling or running. We appreciate that you prefer the physical button found on the Elite 7 Active over touch controls found in other products. We have also forwarded your concern regarding the charging case to our Product Development Team to review but we are happy that you have found a personal remedy. If you have any concerns, we would be happy to hear from you. Thank you for posting a great, positive review of the Elite 7 Active product.

I give these a MEH
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a cyclist - road & off-road, ultra-endurance (multi day stuff) so I use them a lot on long climbs for music and podcasts. I'm also a runner & hiker. I commute a lot in my car as well, and need these for phone calls in the car. Below are my observations after 7 months, which fwiw is 500 commute miles a week driving, 100 miles a week cycling average. Pros: -sound of music is solid -button functionality works great -they stay in my ears surprisingly well (50mph on the roadie, sweat pouring, rough terrain.... all good!) -battery life is super solid... one of the biggest up's imo -small case packs well in jersey pocket: extremely practical to carry around -noise cancelling is too good (see below) Cons: -only connects to 2 devices at a time (I use phone, computer, then my peloton... constantly re-pairing is super annoying) -looses connection way too often (usually one ear at a time) -delay from audio/video... it's not synced when watching a video or to my peloton... this is sometimes ok, sometimes not. no way to fix it, just an inconsistent bluetooth connection - call quality is SO terrible.. no one can hear me... 100% useless for phone calls, even in ideal conditions I have to bail on these & just use my actual phone neutral observations - I find problems with this stuff, but it's the same with all similar headsets, not unique to this model... - hear through feature is just ok... as an off-road cyclist/runner I can't really use these on trails because I can't hear enough to be aware on the trail. It's are either unsafe or rude to other trail users to be this isolated. The hear through feature can only be used at low speed, in low wind environments. It picks up wind noise like crazy and ruins the feature imo. (all it takes is the fan while riding my trainer indoors will ruin this feature) - they're like little pieces of popcorn... kinda tough to keep track of, but that's how it goes

The best earbuds.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have two other pair of these and I love them. This one is in a much smaller case and I love the mint color. The only thing I don't like about this model is that it doesn't allow you to adjust the volume from a long press on either earbud. That's not a deal breaker though and I still love them just as much as I do the others. I have tried a few other popular brands but they just did not match Jabra quality. The sound is great and you're able to adjust the sound to your liking through the app and they fit my big ears perfectly. What more could I ask for? Sticking with what I like from now on, Jabra.

All other headphones fall out, not these
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried so many headphones, I have recently tried 6 different brands, including both AirPods and these really stay in my ear! All others stick out too much or I cant seem to get them in the right position but these are amazing staying in and the sound quality is perfect. I love that they are noise canceling as well. You download an app and as just the sound per ear and it has a location on the case if you ever misplace it.

Good Active TWS set!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jabra continues to deliver good, great and excellent TWS earbuds. These Elite 7 Active are by no means perfect.... but the Comfort, Sound+ App, Sound Quality, Good Call Quality are enough for me to replace my Sport set which were the Jaybird Vista 2. The Vista 2's were in my Top 3 Dailies (XM4, AirPods Pro, & Vista 2's) the Elite 7 Active are more comfortable for me during my workouts, took some getting used to in the beginning since the Vista 2's have a wing to secure them in place. After a light run and some calisthenic reps these 7 Active's did not fall out or feel as if they would. Call quality is good, something Jabra is known for. The 7 Pro I picked up on release day and returned them same day... I don't recall if the 1.4.0 Firmware had been released yet but I just couldn't get myself to like them.... Well fastr forward and I did some research, tuned my 7 Active's to my liking via the App and all is good in the world now. I don't really see the benefit of spending an additional $20+ on the 7 Pro when the only thing they have is the "bone conducting sensors". If anything I believe that the voices on the 7 Pro sounded more boosted on calls but not in a good way - the voices on the 7 Active's sound more natural. Additionally I like the feel of the "shakegrip" coating on these buds. So to summarize, basically the same as the 7 Pros without the "bone conducting sensors" these have the "shakegrip" coating and I prefer the stealthy all black look - just wish Jabra would release these in the same Navy color of the 75t Actives. Solid TWS pair especially for workouts.

Great Buds for workouts - plus everything else
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wear these for hours on end without any discomfort, during workouts, shopping, whatever. They always stay put and both the ANC and the hear-through modes also work well. The sound may not be the very best, but it is natural and never 'tinny'.

Fantastic sound, EXTREMELY DURABLE
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are by far the best earbuds I've ever had. This is the second pair I've bought for myself and I only got them because I lost an earbud from my last pair. They are extremely durable and have survived drops, submersion in water, trips through the washer and dryer, and more, with zero damage. For me, they are the best combination of durability and sound quality available right now. My wife has the Elite 7 Pros because she wanted better call quality and she's happy with hers. When I bought them, they did stop charging, but when I took them back, they exchanged them for a new pair with absolutely zero hassle. This is also a purchase I recommend getting the protection plan on, because I have used it more than once and it was, again, absolutely zero hassle.

Not perfect but pretty close
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great battery life, sound and overall functionality. Not the best sounding but is a good bang for your buck. For example, full volume and anc on, used it for an hour nonstop with sweat and heat. Only used 10% of battery (see picture).

Q: QuestionWhy do these advertise multi-point, when it's not supported by Apple products? This is only on the Jabra website, in the FAQ, and I just learned from a support agent. Wasted time and money.
Asked by meringo.
- A:Answer I have an iPhone and they connected easily, without any issues. Bought my hubby a pair, his phone is an android and they paired great as well. Both of us love them better than our AirPods 2nd generation.

Q: QuestionI seem to have lost one of my two earbuds. I'm sure it's in the house somewhere, but I can't for the life of me find it. I have the serial number through the app. Is there a way to track it's location even if it's dead or off?
Asked by Serenity.
- A:Answer Thank you for your question. The "Find My Jabra" feature can track your earbuds, but it does have to be turned on beforehand. It will remember the last place the phone was connected to your earbuds.
Answered by Jabra
Q: QuestionCan you update your website to reflect the even further delayed product release of October 24th. If you attempted to order from Jabra last week, they changed to 10/20. If you attempted this week it now shows 10/24. Amazon shows releasing 10/24.
Asked by Whenwillthiscomeout.
- A:Answer They were not in stock at my local Best Buy, there was not delay when I ordered from their website
