Only ok
||Posted .The sound of these ear buds are ok but not great. My Motorola s1200 sound much better than the Jabra set I just purchased The battery life is only 4 hours. The reason I purchased Jabra was because the ones I really wanted was out of stock
I would recommend this to a friendRated 4 out of 5 stars

good battery life
||Posted .These headphones charge fairly quickly, and the battery lasts all day. Standby time is impressive. If I use them 2 hours a day they last for several days without charging. Sound is quite good. I would prefer an open design so I can hear people around me, but I knew that when I bought them. It would be nice to include a Bluetooth dongle for my PC.

Good In A Pinch. But price up if you can.
||Posted .I bought these wireless headphones for wire free working out, bike riding, and studying. I did not want to be attached to my phone. I have an iPhone 6S. The first time I tried to connect the Bluetooth, it did not want to connect. I was about to return it when all of a sudden, it connected. While it does work, the connection is very fleeting. I will have my phone in my drawstring bag behind me while riding bike and the connection goes in and out. Same thing if I get a phone call. The person on the other side is always complaining that they can't hear me and that the connection is bad. It should not happen when the phone is less than 2 feet away from me. So basically, it does what it is supposed to do as long as the Bluetooth connection is not very far and you are not moving around too much. But I guess that is why this pair was cheaper than other models. I still use it, when working out. But that's pretty much it. The earbuds fit fine. My ears get itchy after having them in for such a long time. It has 3 different sized buds to accommodate different ear sizes. Conclusion: Get them if you're in a pinch, but if you can afford it, get yourself a better pair.

Great sound for good value
||Posted .I bought these headphones when they were new to the store and before I saw the commercial for a similar product by a different brand. They work very well together with the insignia Bluetooth 4.0 USB adapter. They were easily connected to other bluetooth electronics. I chose this brand because they have been proven user friendly from my experience of using a similar product at work. The sound is great. The only reason for four stars and not five is because when I am using the noise cancelling capabilities, the lowest volume level is still a little loud.

Honest Review
||Posted .I bought the Jabra Step Wireless in November. After using for 3 months here is my feedback This is not Jabra's fault but I didn't realize until after I bought them that they didn't have a Mic. I mainly bought these for the convenience of wireless headset while working out. I own several bluetooth devices for use with my phone and work phone. So, to me it was not a big deal and they met my primary use case but you may want to consider similarly priced devices that also have a mic. I choose Jabra because of my very positive experience with their business @ work products. Needless to say, I did not have the same experience this Jabra product. First off ergonomically they are not bad, comfortable for 1 hour work outs. Never wore them longer than that. The buds did stay in my ears on almost all workout occasions. Only when I had a really good sweat going did I have to adjust them 1 or 2 times. The strap around your neck and the larger ear device takes a bit of getting used but not a negative for me. For the most part comfortable and with limited readjustments during intense work out. I felt the quality of the experience was good for listening to music. I listen to a vast range of music genres with varying beat tempos, base, etc while i work out depending on my mood or what exercise types I'm doing. As far as bluetooth user experience I didn't have the greatest experience. Issues with connecting, disconnecting, shutting on off multiple times to connect, feedback, distortion, static etc. But to give this product the fairest review I have had other connection issues with bluetooth devices and my Lumia 735 in the past. Could it be the Lumia 735, maybe. But i also have other bluetooth devices that have zero issues working properly with my Lumia. The biggest disappointment though was they only lasted 3 months. They no longer work, battery does not hold a charge. Even plugged in they don't work, but that kind of defeats the purpose of a bluetooth headset, lol. I have opened up a ticket with Jabra and will update this review with my CX and my experience with replacement pair as they still are under warranty. Without them failing I would probably have given them 3 to 3 1/2 stars.
