Working from home and living in a noisy household (with men), these were indeed a lifesaver! It was “love at first sight” when I tried them on in the store and heard complete silence. Listening to music was an added plus! Being a Bose Girl normally, I am VERY impressed with JBL! I am now a fan!

Sound and noise cancelling are great. The issue is that the left bracket broke after minimal use.

I'm very disapointed with the quality of this device. The sound is great, noice cancelling works great and I enjoyed all that. However, not even 2 years and a 200-USD device is not usable anymore. The device is falling apart. The glue on one side of the headphone gave up. The device refuse to charge, regadless of what USB cable I use.
