Q: Its okay if i overcharge the speaker? (3 answers)
A: No, the device will interrupt the charging circuit once the charger and battery reach equilibrium. However, if you leave the speaker plugged in to charge continuously, the battery will transfer from float (not charging) to charge as soon as the battery level drops just below the float voltage. This ‘back-and-forth’ can happen often enough where, over time, the battery can develop a memory after a prolonged charge (months or longer) during the speaker’s regular use. Then eventually, when you disconnect the speaker for use without the charger, the usable time that the battery remains charged decreases. The Li-Ion has a memory that is considered to be barely negligable, and has the added benefit of being more friendly to the environment. To avoid any memory, it is typically recommended that when possible, disconnect the charger during the speaker’s use, and allow it to discharge completely before connecting the charger again. I hope this helps.Q: Can i use it while charging the battery? (5 answers)
