Customers love the sound quality, fit, price, battery life, and comfort of the REFLECT MINI TRUE WIRELESS NC SPORT HEADPHONES. They appreciate the crystal clear sound, comfortable fit, affordable price, long battery life, and comfortable fit. However, some customers have experienced occasional connectivity issues, charging problems, and lower than expected volume.
JBL has been my go-to brand for some time now & they never fail to impress! I was so happy to find waterproof earbuds that have good bass, clear sound & much more. The equalizer in the app is a fantastic bonus too & everything was so easy to set up! I have very small ear canals, but they fit comfortably & stayed in after several tests. They don't change settings with every tiny touch either, which I found to be a hassle on other designs. The charger works quite fast & provides long run time plus it has a handy wrist strap. I highly recommend these if you're looking for high quality sound with all the perks of using AI's, noise canceling & ambient settings.

I generally avoid buds with the silicone tips, because the air seal is uncomfortable and the buds fall out if they lose suction. Once I found the correct fin (3 sizes are included) to fit my ears, however, these stay in place pretty well. Auto-pause works well- too well in my case. I wear the buds loose in my ear canals, so they would sometimes shift and pause the music. Fortunately, the JBL Headphones app lets you turn that feature off. Speaking of the app, it really puts the finishing touches on this product. You can turn the ANC and Smart Ambient features on and off, adjust the EQ, and see the battery state of each bud and the case. The controls are somewhat limited since you only have one button on each bud, the controls are limited- but the app lets you assign each side to control playback, volume, voice control, or ambient sound; there are patterns of tapping and holding to access various functions (see screenshots). Find My Buds feature is neat, although it doesn't work if they are in the case. It can be challenging to get both buds seated correctly in the case. I've taken the buds out to find that the right bud charged fully overnight, but the left one is still at 8%. There are only a few lights on the case to communicate connectivity and charge status, so it's hard to tell what's going on with each earbud.

Really good price for the sound quality. Just opening the product you can tell its gonna be good. Packaging of the product is nice. Fits snug in my ear. The sound quality is hands down. Def beats my old Sony earbuds. I would highly recommend. Good bass & clear rich sound. Impressed!
